Beneath The Surface Exhibition:

Exploring the Depths of Artist & Glass

 At Sunspots Studios

 

Double meaning? Is it what's beneath the surface of the glass? Or the artist?

Both meanings are explored in this collection of glass art by some of America's leading glass technicians and most thought provoking artists. Some respect history and the centuries of techniques required to execute intricate designs. Others, have less respect for history, and focus more on examining what they are feeling in their work and how it will affect the viewer.
